Excellent location near popular attractions.

This place was a complete disaster! The room was uncomfortable and overly bright because of the poorly designed glass bathroom door. To make matters worse, the lack of in-room coffee makers was surprising for a place charging such high rates. The check-in process was chaotic as well. the clerk didn’t even mention that our room key was needed for the elevator! Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience.

the vibrant Old Port area is just a few steps away, making it easy to stroll through charming streets and visit popular spots like the Commercial Street and Timber Steakhouse. A delicious breakfast at Union restaurant was a highlight of my stay, providing a great start to exploring the city on foot.

Great spot for a short break

Comfy bed, stellar location, the hotel has a beautiful design with historical significance, and the convenient fitness center allowed me to maintain my routine while exploring nearby attractions.

Our recent stay was wonderful, especially the incredibly cozy Deluxe King Room with City View, and the mouthwatering huevos rancheros at breakfast! Such attention to detail throughout the hotel, too! I’ll definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay, especially enjoyed the beautiful decor and the cozy lounge area where I relaxed with a book. The vibrant live music on weekends and the inviting rooftop for sunset views were definite highlights! Just a small note, the European-style shower was a bit splashy, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The decor is super cool with old typewriters and unique touches everywhere. Our room had a comfy bed, high-quality toiletries, and a nice seating area. Loved the fitness centre too. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The staff is really friendly and attentive, making our stay even better.

The stay was delightful, especially due to the hotel's stylish decor and comfortable accommodations. It's perfectly located near downtown, making it easy to explore shops and attractions on foot. The unique features, like the vintage typewriters and themed decorations, really added to the overall experience. My only complaint was the bathroom door, which didn't close well and seemed to be an ongoing issue. Other than that, the helpful reception staff made our visit even more enjoyable.

This hotel is perfect for me, with great wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and excellent dining options. On my first stay, the staff helped me print tickets, which I appreciated. Josh was especially helpful with local tips!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be more kid-friendly and included with the stay.
